At Wear by Melissa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items including clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility
Contact us through DM, or Whatsapp with your order number and details of the item(s).
- Ensure items are in original condition.
- Use original or secure packaging.
Return or exchanges shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the item.
- Exchange: New items are shipped once we receive and inspect the returned items. If out of stock, we’ll offer a different item or store credit.
Process
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We’ll cover the shipping costs.
